They are responsible for:
- Assisting clients to maintain their health
- Administering medication and treatments
- Providing families with community resources
- Coordinating care with other health providers
- Conduct monthly health screenings
The Senior Moments team strives to make our participants feel good about themselves. We understand it’s hard to accept help and will work with each participant in meeting their personal needs.
